I've started with a little local shop called "Noir Merveille" when I made only Gothic Lolita accesories 12 years ago. Then I got married, and my husband worked hard with me to open a shopping-service & custom handmade clothing shop in 2009. Then, the University absorbed us so we needed to close the shop.
In 2016 we started creating more designs for everyone, and thats why Skeletial was born, side by side with our second project: Secret Hexenhaus. In our shop, every item is handmade created with lots of love and care only for our customers. We'll hope you have a happy shopping.

We ship from Mexico with Standard International Shipping. We will provide you the tracking number in all orders.
• Please estimate a minimum of 3 to 6 weeks for your order to arrive.
• It might take longer time to be delivered specially in Christmas and New Year's.

Q: How long takes the processing time?
A: The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies if the item is custom order (like clothing), but most of other items are ready to go (like accessories).
Q: I'm scared to share my address/payment information
A: We will only use your shipping address, and other contact information only to communicate with you about your order and fulfill your order. Paypal will keep your payment information secure.
Q: Does Skeletial sells their products by other platforms such Etsy or Facebook?
A: No, our Etsy shop is now closed and we will never sell our products by Facebook or any other social media. This is now our only Online Shop.
Q: What happens if I order more than 1 product?
A: We'll send you one package with all your products. But please note that all the purchased products must be paid in the same day (or between 3 days of difference before Mondays), otherwise the items will be send separately.
Q: Do you accept returns & exchanges?
A: We don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the payment is done. Please contact us if you have any questions before place your order.
Q: How do I know if my item is shipped out?
A: You will receive a confirmation email, that will include your tracking number. We send packages every Monday.
